AR ACTIVATIONS & INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES

Give people something to do with your brand.

Custom augmented reality experiences for events, retail, and campaigns. Let visitors scan a QR code to explore a product or discover its story on their phones.

We design and build around your audience, location, and the action you want people to take next.

Request an activation consultation

Bring your event or campaign idea. We’ll discuss experience options, technical requirements, and project scope.

EVENTS / RETAIL / BRAND CAMPAIGNS

From first sketch to launch, work directly with the people designing and building your experience.

START WITH YOUR AUDIENCE

What could your audience take part in?

A good experience starts with a real setting and a simple action. The format follows your brief.

01 /

Events and trade shows

Give visitors something to explore at your booth, then a clear route to product information, an offer, or a conversation with your team.

At the booth → on their phone → with your team
02 /

Product launches and showrooms

Help customers take a closer look at a product in 3D or in their surroundings, with interactions that explain the details you want them to notice.

See the product → explore a detail → learn more
03 /

Retail and packaging

Connect a display or package to a product story people can open on their phones. Keep the physical product at the center of the experience.

Scan the display → discover the story → keep exploring
04 /

Brand campaigns

Turn your campaign idea into a short interactive experience. Give your audience a reason to participate and a next step that makes sense for them.

Enter the experience → participate → take the next step

TWO STARTING POINTS

Choose a format that fits the idea.

These examples show how participation could work. We confirm the content, interactions, and technical fit when we scope your project.

AR product exploration

Visitors place a product in their surroundings or explore it in 3D, then open details that help them understand it.

AR quizzes and guided discovery

Visitors explore 3D content and answer questions that guide product discovery or help them understand their preferences.

FROM CONCEPT TO LAUNCH

Built around your brief.

You bring the campaign goal and brand direction. We work with your team on the concept, build the experience, and agree on testing and launch support before development begins.

Talk through your idea
  1. 01

    Shape the experience

Audience, setting, concept, and participant flow. Decide what people do and where they go next.

  2. 02

    Design and build

A branded interface, interactive content, AR development, and agreed 3D asset work. Forms, CRM connections, and analytics can be scoped where needed.

  3. 03

    Test for the setting

Check the agreed devices and browsers, loading behavior, and entry points before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch with a clear plan

Agree on hosting, launch checks, ownership, and a defined support period. Final deliverables depend on your project.

MAKE THE NEXT STEP COUNT

Plan what happens after the interaction.

A product page, an offer, or an opt-in form: choose a follow-up that fits the experience. Lead capture is optional.

EXPLORE

Keep discovering

Open product information or continue the story.

ACT

Take the next step

Find an offer or connect with your team.

MEASURE

Learn from participation

Agree on the events your implementation can record, such as opens, completions, or follow-up clicks. Experience opens are not unique participants or sales.

BEFORE WE BUILD

A few practical questions.

Do visitors need to download an app?

A browser-based experience can open from a link or QR code without an app download. We confirm whether that approach fits your concept, including any camera permissions or AR features it needs.

Which phones and browsers are supported?

We agree on a supported device and browser list during scoping, then test the experience against it. Camera access and AR support vary, so we also discuss what visitors see on unsupported devices.

What internet connection does the experience need?

Plan for visitors to have internet access to open and load the experience. Venue connectivity, asset sizes, and loading behavior are part of the technical review. Offline use needs a separate assessment.

How far ahead of the event should we contact you?

Share your event date as early as you can. The schedule depends on the concept, asset production, integrations, and testing. We confirm a feasible timeline after reviewing your brief.

Can you work with our agency or creative team?

Bring your creative team into the conversation. We can discuss the concept together and agree on responsibilities, approvals, and how design and development will fit into your existing process.

Do we need to supply 3D models and brand assets?

Share the brand guidelines, artwork, and product files you already have. We assess what can be reused and scope any additional 3D asset or interactive content work before development.

Can the experience connect to our CRM?

Tell us which system you use and what you want to pass into it. We assess access, consent requirements, and the available integration options, then include the agreed connection in the project scope.

What launch support is included?

Device testing, launch checks, hosting, and the support period are agreed for each project. Tell us about the venue and launch schedule so we can identify the support you need.

Can we reuse the experience after the event?

Let us know if reuse is part of the plan. We’ll discuss content updates, hosting duration, asset licenses, and any changes needed for another venue or campaign.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR ACTIVATION

Have an event or campaign in mind?

Tell us who it’s for, where it will run, and when you need it live. We’ll discuss experience options, technical requirements, and project scope.

No fixed format needed. This form requests a follow-up; it does not book a meeting.
